Welcome to the Leipzig Open 2019

Part of the Leipzig Open are several tournaments. The most important tournament is the ITF Women's Tournament, the only international women's tournament in Eastern Germany.
We expect 250 players from 22 nations to participate, playing for 60 World Cup points and $25,000 in prize money.

21st International Saxon Championships

At the same time, the international Saxon Championships for men and women will take place. This is a national ranking tournament,
where 32 male and 32 female players compete for the victory.

The tournament thus belongs to the highest category of national tournaments. The ISM are part of the Plan German Masters Series presented by Wilson.

In the women's singles Ona Georegeta Simeon (ROU) defeated Valerija Strakhova(UKR) 6:2 & 6:4.

Each of these glass trophies is a handmade unicum & will be manufactured exclusively for the Leipzig Open 2019 and for the ITF Pro Circuit Ladies Tournament.
